Registration

 

The registration ensures that all logistical details are handled, allowing you to focus entirely on the conference and networking opportunities:

• hotel accommodation at the Naman Resort (30 March 2025 until 4 April 2025),

• conference registration: full access to all conference sessions and materials,

• all meals and drinks: meals and beverages throughout the conference,

• social visits: organized visits to Ba Na Hills and Hoi An Ancient Town,

• shuttle service (arrival): transfer from the airport to the resort on 30th March,

• shuttle service (departure): transfer from the resort to the airport on 4th April.

As part of our commitment to offering cost-effective options for conference participants, we are pleased to provide accommodation in shared apartments at the resort. Each shared apartment features two private bedrooms and two private bathrooms, ensuring that your personal space is fully maintained.

For those opting for this arrangement, rest assured that while you share common areas within the apartment, your individual bedrooms and bathrooms are private. This setup allows you to enjoy the affordability of shared facilities without sacrificing comfort or privacy.

​Early Bird (Until 1 November 2024)

• Shared Accommodation: 1,450 EUR

• Non-Shared Accommodation: 1,700 EUR

Standard Registration (Until 31 December 2024)

• Shared Accommodation: 1,650 EUR

• Non-Shared Accommodation: 1,900 EUR

Late Registration (After 31 December 2024)

• There is no guaranteed room availability; reservations will be made based on availability until 28 February 2025*.

• Shared Accommodation: 1,750 EUR

• Non-Shared Accommodation: 2,000 EUR

 

*Please note: We cannot guarantee accommodation for participants registering after 31 December 2024. Room allocations will be based on the remaining availability at the resort at the time of registration.

Additional Options

• Extra night (before the conference)

  • Shared Accommodation: 150 EUR per night

  • Non-Shared Accommodation: 250 EUR per night

• Accompanying Person Package

  • Includes meals and excursions: 500 EUR

To ensure that each paper presented at the conference is effectively represented, each paper must have at least one registered participant. If you are presenting multiple papers, please ensure that a sufficient number of coauthors are also registered to cover any additional papers. Typically, one individual may manage a maximum of two papers, ensuring the quality and focus of discussions during the conference sessions.
